This salad is a tasty and nutritious dish made from affordable ingredients. It is suitable for both everyday and festive meals.

The recipe was shared on the One Minute website. Any kind of sausage can be used for the salad, but semi-smoked is best. Tomatoes can be replaced with cucumbers or bell peppers, and sour cream or yogurt can be used instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 220 g of sausage
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 220 g of canned beans
  • 220 g of canned corn
  • 0.5 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • greens to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to cook

  1. Cut the sausage into cubes.
  2. Dice the tomatoes.
  3. Dice the onion.
  4. Finely chop the herbs.
  5. Put the sausage, tomatoes, onions, herbs, beans, corn, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Season with mayonnaise and mix.
  7. Serve it to the table.
