Here is a fertilization scheme that will help your peonies bloom lush and bright:

1. The first feeding (late April - early May):

  • Scatter 1 tbsp. l. ammonium nitrate per 1 m² under the bush.

2. Second feeding (after 7 days):

  • Use Fertika universal fertilizer according to the instructions.
  • Spread the fertilizer under the bush, avoiding contact with leaves and sprouts.

3. Third feeding (7 days after the second):

  • Spread a small amount of dry wood ash under the bush.
  • Then water the peonies abundantly.

4. Fourth feeding (one week later):

  • Use a complex fertilizer, such as Azofoska, at the rate of 1 tbsp per 1 m².

Thanks to this fertilization scheme, your peonies will delight you with lush and vibrant blooms for many years.

Important:

  • The soil under the peony bush should be well moistened before fertilizing.
  • Do not overfeed peonies, as this can lead to root rot.
  • Use only high-quality fertilizers according to the instructions.
  • After fertilizing, it is recommended to water the peonies abundantly.
