How to feed strawberries during flowering for a rich harvest

Every gardener strives to get a rich strawberry harvest. And if you already know how to water garlic to grow large heads, it's time to find out how to fertilize strawberries during and after flowering.
In May, you can use both mineral and organic fertilizers containing potassium, which makes the berries tastier, to feed strawberries. Apostrophe writes about it.
To get sweet and juicy strawberries:
- Prepare a solution of potassium nitrate: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of fertilizer in a bucket of water and water the bushes (0.5 liters for each).
- Spray the bushes with a solution of zinc sulfate (0.02%). You can also use a solution of potassium nitrate for spraying.
From organic fertilizers at the beginning of flowering, you can water the bushes with a mullein solution. To do this, dilute the fertilizer with water (1:10), then leave for 3 days and water the bushes at the rate of 0.5 liters for each.
How to fertilize strawberries after flowering
When the strawberries have faded and begin to form ovaries, spray them with a complex fertilizer. It is important not to overdo it and to adhere to the correct concentration - it should be 2 times less than when watering at the root.
