Ingredients:
Armenian pita bread - 1 pc.
Chicken fillet - 1 pc
Onions, herbs, Swan salt
10 minutes and mmmmm
Method of preparation:
In a meat grinder, twist the fillet, herbs and onions.
Season the minced meat with salt.
Cut the pita bread into strips and wrap the minced meat in a triangle.
Fry in a frying pan, heated and oiled on both sides, until cooked.
Serve with any vegetable salad.
