This spread is great as a snack. It is not only tasty, but also healthy and can be a great breakfast option. The recipe was shared by the Shuba portal.

To make cottage cheese spread with cottage cheese, herbs and garlic, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 200 g of sour cream of 20% fat content
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 g of salt
  • 1 g of ground black pepper
  • 10 g of parsley
  • 10 g of dill
  • 10 g of basil
  • 10 g of cilantro
  • 10 g of thyme

Preparation:

  1. Wash, dry and separate the coarse stems of the herbs.
  2. Grind the greens, garlic and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
  4. Cover the spread and put it in the refrigerator.
