When frying mushrooms, one of the problems is that they can darken, which can reduce the appeal of the dish. To avoid this, you need to pour a little lemon juice over the mushrooms before frying. This simple life hack will preserve their light color and give them a special flavor.

In addition, it is important to salt mushrooms only at the end of cooking. Also, before frying, leave the mushrooms on a sieve for a while to let them release excess water.

- Stir the mushrooms while frying to ensure even browning. You will also avoid sticking.
- Don't leave the mushrooms in the pan for too long to avoid a "rubbery" flavor.
- Fry the mushrooms in well-heated butter, adding a little oil or olive oil to prevent sticking.
