How to make Irish coffee

Iced coffee is a coffee drink that is based on coffee and additional ingredients such as Irish whiskey, sugar, and cream. This drink is often served in special glasses for Irish coffee.

While whiskey iced coffee is a delicious and popular drink, it may not be for everyone. If you are looking for a variant of iced coffee that does not contain alcohol, but still has a rich and flavorful taste, try making it without whiskey, writes noviydoctor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of espresso
  • 15 ml of Baileys syrup
  • 15 ml of caramel syrup
  • Whipped cream or regular cream (for topping)

Preparation:

  1. Brew coffee according to your favorite method.
  2. Add the caramel syrup and Baileys syrup to the hot coffee. Stir the drink.
  3. Add whipped cream or, if you don't have any, you can use regular cream. To do this, pour the cream into a bowl and whip it with a brander or whisk until it thickens slightly.
  4. Gently add the cream to the hot coffee and syrups.
  5. Serve with a few coffee beans on top of the cream as a garnish.

Tips:

  • You can experiment with flavors and add more water to your espresso if you like Americano, or change the amount and flavors of syrups to suit your preferences.
  • To prevent the cream from spreading, you can add a little cocoa powder.
