Baked botat with three different fillings
Baked sweet potatoes with three different fillings
I adore these sweet potatoes - both fried and baked, and even more so with different "fillings".
Sweet potatoes also go very well with blue cheese.
I love DorBlu. It's moderately spicy, tangy, savory, and a little mushroomy - you can eat it on its own or add it to dishes.
I brush the sweet potato with oil, add salt and bake it in foil at 190°C for about 50 minutes until it becomes soft.
Check the readiness with a skewer - large tubers may take a little longer to cook!
I don't cut the cooked sweet potato all the way through, add a piece of butter and melted or hard cheese and mix everything into a homogeneous mass with a fork.
And now I put the toppings on top:
Cheese salad:
2 boiled eggs
80-100 g of hard cheese
70 g of mayonnaise
Half a clove of garlic
Fresh dill
Salt and pepper
I grate everything and mix it up.
I add pieces of bright DORBLU on top.
Salad with ham:
2 boiled egg yolks
1 tbsp of mustard
Chopped protein
60 g of mayonnaise
80 g of hard cheese
80 g of ham
Green onions
I grind the egg yolks with mustard, add mayonnaise, finely chopped squirrels and ham. I grate the cheese, mix everything and put the DORBLU slices on top.
Fried mushrooms:
Fried mushrooms (can be with onions).
I put the mushrooms on the sweet potato and add the DORBLU slices.
Together with the filling and slices of blue cheese, I put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes to make the dish hot on top.
It's ready and very tasty.
I hugged it.
