Lyhantsi potato dumplings: a traditional dish of Western Ukrainian cuisine

Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes -800 g;
- Milk - 50 g;
- Corn starch - 400 g;
- Salt, pepper - to taste;
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc;
- Cheese - 150 g;
- Onions for the roast - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the pre-boiled potatoes on a fine grater.
2. Add egg, milk, and salt.
3. Add starch in parts and knead the dough so that it keeps its shape.
4. Mash the cheese with a fork.

6. Boil in salted water for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size.
