Crispy and budget water-based chebureks with four types of cheese

Crispy, golden brown, and with viscous cheese.

Ingredients:

- Mineral water;

- Flour;

- Sugar;

- Butter;

- Dutch cheese;

- Cheddar cheese;

- Brie cheese;

- Parmesan cheese.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix water, flour, sugar and oil and knead the dough.

2. Wrap it in cling film and let it rest. Meanwhile, grate the cheese.

3. Then divide the dough into pieces and roll out into thin circles.

4. Put the cheeses on the dough and pinch the edges.

5. Fry in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown.
