Homemade chicken sausage: a simple recipe

Buying sausage in a store is convenient, but it's better to make it at home.

Homemade sausage is always tasty, healthy and free of additives!

Ingredients:

- Chicken fillet - 500 g;

- Minced chicken - 500 g;

- Salt - 1 tsp;

- Ground black pepper - ½ tsp;

- Dry garlic - 1 tsp;

- Cream - 100 ml;

- Smoked paprika - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the chopped fillet, minced meat, salt, pepper, garlic and cream. Knead the base. Cover with foil and let stand.

2. Cut the baking sleeve, sprinkle with paprika, put the minced meat inside, smooth out and form sausages by twisting the sleeve. Fasten at the edges.

3. Put parchment on a baking sheet and place the sausages on top. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes until tender.

4. Let stand in the oven for another 30 minutes.
