1. Kettle

Kettles often accumulate unsightly deposits on their inner walls. Luckily, vinegar is an effective way to remove them. First, dilute it in an equal amount of water and carefully pour the solution into the kettle, filling it to the maximum level.

Next, turn on the kettle. Before it boils, turn it off and leave it like this for about an hour. Then heat the kettle again and let it boil. After that, pour off the solution and fill the kettle with clean water, boiling it again.

2. Coffee maker

A vinegar solution can work wonders for removing plaque and deposits in the coffee maker. Mix one part vinegar with two parts water and pour the solution into the coffee maker.

Run a normal brew cycle without the coffee grounds. This process will effectively remove any deposits, leaving your coffee maker clean and ready to use.

3. Microwave

Vinegar is also a handy solution for dealing with grease and other contaminants that build up on the walls of the microwave. Simply place a bowl of vinegar in the microwave and heat it to a boil. The steam generated will help loosen and dissolve the residue.
