A quick and budget dinner for the whole family
It is truly delicious!
Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs - 4 pcs;
- Oil for frying;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Pasta - 200 g;
- Chicken broth - 500 ml;
- Butter - 50 g;
- Cheese - 50 g;
- Salt, pepper - to taste;
- Bay leaf - 1 pc;
- Spinach - 150 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the thighs in a little oil on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
2. Finely chop the garlic, add to the pan and fry lightly.
3. Add the pasta and chopped thigh pieces and cover with the broth.
4. Add butter, grated cheese, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cover and simmer over medium heat until the pasta is almost done.
5. At the end, add the spinach and cook until tender. Grate cheese on top and serve!
