Gluten-free bread: in Colombia, every family makes it
In Colombia, this bread is made in every family. A simple recipe that combines tradition and flavor can now become part of your home.
Ingredients:
- Hard feta cheese - 500 g;
- Tapioca starch - 500 g;
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp;
- Eggs - 2 pcs;
- Butter - 200 g;
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate feta on a coarse grater, add starch and mix.
2. Add the baking powder.
3. Beat the eggs, melt the butter. Add the eggs and butter to the cottage cheese-starch mixture and mix.
4. Add sugar and knead the dough.
5. Form small balls, place on a baking sheet covered with foil.
6. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until the loaves are golden brown.
