If you're tired of old grease and grime on your pots and pans, don't waste money on harmful chemicals. We're sharing quick and effective ways to clean pots and pans with simple ingredients you can find in your kitchen.
Both methods are safe, economical and environmentally friendly. You won't need much time to clean even those pots that you wanted to throw away because they were so dirty.

Method 1: Citric acid
Pour water into a saucepan and add 50 g of citric acid. Put the pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Wait 5 minutes, then let the pot cool. Wash the pan with a regular dishwashing detergent.
Method 2: Hydrogen peroxide
Add 100 ml of hydrogen peroxide to the boiling water in the saucepan. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. After the water has cooled, wash the pot with regular dishwashing detergent.
The hydrogen peroxide method can make the pan white, but citric acid is also great for grease and grime.
