You won't feel a single small bone: chefs have discovered a tricky way to fry fish
There is an easy method of cooking fish that makes its bones soft. They will not be felt during consumption.
There is no need to cut the fish into very small pieces, as this method allows you to fry it even whole. A useful life hack was shared by the ProstoWay portal.
You'll need to prepare the fish by cleaning and cutting it into pieces, as well as gather your favorite seasonings, breading flour, and frying oil.
Start by rolling the fish pieces in flour. Then heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat. When it's hot, carefully place the fish in the pan and fry until a delicious golden brown crust appears. Carefully turn each piece over and continue frying for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Next, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and let the fish simmer for another 10-15 minutes. This will allow the fish to soak up the flavors of the spices and make the bones soft so that they are not felt when eating.
This method of cooking can be used for any fish, but it is best suited for species with small bones such as crucian carp, bream or pike, making them tender and juicy.
