Friends, today we are going to cook LAZY EGG AND GREEN ONION PIES.

It's quick, easy and delicious. Cook and enjoy.

Do you make big and small pies with salty filling?

Lazy pies with eggs and green onions

  • 200 g flour (8 tbsp)
  • 5 g of baking soda (1 tsp)
  • salt
  • 300 ml of kefir or yogurt
  • 50 g of eggs (1 pc.)
  • 30 ml of refined oil (for the dough) (2 tbsp)

Additionally: oil for frying

Filling: 200-300 g of green onions, 3 eggs and dill.

Prepare the dough:

✅ Mix flour with baking soda and salt.

✅ In a large bowl, mix the following: ayran or kefir, egg, vegetable oil, flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

✅ Add finely chopped eggs, dill, and green onions. Mix well. The dough is ready.

Fry the patties in a preheated frying pan. Put small portions of the dough into the heated oil.

Be sure to cover it with a lid.

Turn over and cover again.

✅ Put the pies on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Done! Enjoy!
