Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the crust:
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
Preparation:
- Chop the chicken, onion and garlic.
- Mix the minced meat, vegetables, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into patties.
- Roll the patties in the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
- Fry the patties over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Put the patties on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
