How to make a hearty potato casserole with sausage

This casserole will be a great dinner for the whole family. It is hearty, tasty and very easy to prepare. The recipe was shared on the One Minute website.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- Sweet paprika - 1 tsp.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Green onions - a bunch
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Sausage - 100 g
- Dill or parsley - a bunch
- Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Preparation:
- Prepare the products. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, dice the sausage, chop the tomato into small cubes, and chop the herbs.
- Bake the potatoes. Put the potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with vegetable oil, add salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and mix well. Put them in the oven, preheated to 200°C, for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the egg mixture. Beat eggs with sour cream in a bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, sausage, herbs, salt and mix.
- Combine the potatoes and egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the baked potatoes and spread evenly.
- Finish baking the casserole. Return the casserole to the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
- Serve it to the table. Sprinkle the finished casserole with dill, divide into portions and serve.

- Instead of sausage, you can use bacon, ham or boiled meat.
