Chocolate mousse is a delicious and delicate dessert that can be made from just two ingredients: baked apples and chocolate. It contains neither gelatin nor sugar, so it is suitable for people who are on a diet or are allergic to these products.

The recipe was shared on the Fakty website. You can use any baked apples to make this dessert, but it is better to use sweet apples. If you want a richer chocolate flavor, you can use dark chocolate. The dessert can be garnished with grated chocolate, chopped nuts, or berries.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of baked apples without peel and seeds
  • 100-120 g of dark chocolate

Method of preparation:

  1. Prepare the apples. Peel them, cut them into quarters, and put them in a bowl. Bake in the microwave at 800 watts for 10-15 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Melt the chocolate. Break it into pieces and put it in a bowl. Put it in a water bath or the microwave and melt it, stirring, until it has a smooth consistency.
  3. Combine the apples and chocolate. Cool the apples to room temperature. Add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold - one large or several portions. Use a spoon to smooth it out. Put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, or until it is completely set.
