Ingredients:

  • Vegetables to taste (potatoes, beets, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • Garlic
  • Spices
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter

Preparation:

  1. Wash the vegetables.
  2. Peel the beets and carrots. Zucchini and potatoes can be left with their skins on.
  3. Cut the vegetables into slices and place them in a deep bowl.
  4. Add chopped garlic, spices, salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the butter into slices and add to the vegetables.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and mix thoroughly.
  7. Form a foil baking sheet and place the vegetables on it.
  8. Seal the baking sheet tightly with foil and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour or more.
  9. Let the vegetables cool down and serve.
