How to quickly clean a baking sheet: an effective life hack

Cleaning an oven tray is an unpleasant task, especially if it has accumulated a lot of burnt-on dirt. However, there is an easy and effective way to get rid of this problem with baking soda and vinegar.

How does it work?

Baking soda has mild abrasive properties that help remove dirt and grease. Vinegar, in turn, is an acid that dissolves grease and makes it easier to remove.

What you need:

• 10 tablespoons of baking soda
• 3 tablespoons of vinegar
• 4 glasses of hot water

Instructions:

1. Combine the baking soda, vinegar and hot water in a bowl.
2. Stir to make a smooth paste.
3. Spread the paste on the oven tray, especially on the areas with the most dirt.
4. Leave the paste on for several hours, or overnight if possible.
5. After the time has elapsed, remove the paste with a sponge and water.
