What natural remedies to feed violets with
- Add coffee grounds to the soil to loosen and soften it. Coffee contains a large amount of nitrogen, which is essential for violets.
- Also use wood ash, which improves soil structure and repels pests. Water the plant once every two weeks using a mixture of one tablespoon of ash per liter of water. Let the solution stand for several hours at room temperature before applying.
- To stimulate flowering, use an iodine solution by diluting one drop in three liters of water. Apply no more than once a month.
