Quick and healthy snack: a recipe for cheese spread with herbs in 5 minutes

To make cottage cheese spread with cottage cheese, herbs and garlic, you will need the following ingredients:
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 200 g of sour cream of 20% fat content
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 g of salt
- 1 g of ground black pepper
- 10 g of parsley
- 10 g of dill
- 10 g of basil
- 10 g of cilantro
- 10 g of thyme
Preparation:
- Wash, dry and separate the coarse stems of the herbs.
- Grind the greens, garlic and cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
- Add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
- Cover the spread and put it in the refrigerator.
